Ladies who...
Stacey created this wonderful site back in 2011, after returning home from her one year adventure, backpacking around the world. Stacey religiously wrote in a travel journal that her cousin Becky gave to her as a gift before jetting off, with the words 'Life itself is a journey... so enjoy it! x' written inside. She came back with not only the journal Becky gave to her, but with two additional journals, all jam packed with exciting stories and experiences of each of the countries she had the pleasure of visiting.
When Stacey returned back home to Wales from her travels, it was a dream and ambition of Stacey's to get her travel journals published as a book to inspire others to take the plunge and just go for it, when daydreaming of exploring the world, it would be the highlight of Stacey's life. Stacey thought that to get her journals published, she would need to gain writing experience and learn how to better her journal before sending it off to publishers, so set out to learn more.
Since 2011, she has taken up a writing course with Write Story Books for Children.com, joined the Caerphilly Writers Bardic Circle Group, bought every Writers' & Artists' Yearbook that has been released, started writing about Films for Matt May's blog called The F Bomb Blog, and started Ladies who... Stacey has even recently started to edit each of the chapters and has started to submit them to a Wattpad account. It is all slowly coming together. Keep your fingers crossed for her.
Stacey has also written for The Cardiff Devil's Match Night Program too. You can view her first ever published article by visiting the Ladies who... Facebook page. A huge THANK YOU goes to Kris Agland from The Devils for inviting her to the Devil's lunch at Spiros and to Gerald Davies from Red Army Travel for offering me the chance of writing for the program!
